AMARE PRODUCTS – SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Amare Products, we proudly showcase the wellness innovations of Amare Global as an Independent Brand Partner. All purchases made via the official Amare Global website are covered by their generous 90-day satisfaction guarantee (excluding shipping charges).
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a product, you may return the unused portion—or even the empty container— within 90 days of your purchase to Amare Global for a refund, exchange, or replacement, according to their terms.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
Customers and Brand Partners have 90 days from the purchase date to initiate a return. Returns made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting Amare Global Customer Support.
- Complete the official Request Return Form (available on Amare’s website).
- Include a copy of your invoice showing your order number, Partner ID (if applicable), RMA number, and reason for return.
- Ensure the return reaches Amare Global within 14 business days from the RMA issue date.
WHERE DO I SHIP RETURNS?
All returns must be shipped to the address provided by Amare Global when your RMA is issued. Products should be packed securely, preferably in the original manufacturer’s box. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly through the official Amare Global website or a Brand Partner’s replicated site (like the links on this site).
- If you purchased Amare products from a Brand Partner’s personal inventory, contact them directly. They are obligated to honor return requests within 90 days.
- Third-party or unauthorized seller purchases are not eligible for return or refund.
- Items from product packs must be returned as a complete pack.
- If your original order included a Gift With Purchase (GWP) and the return causes the order value to drop below the required threshold, the gift must also be returned. If not, its market value may be deducted from your refund.
RECEIPT REQUIRED
A copy of your purchase receipt or invoice is necessary for any return or refund.
MEMBERSHIP FEES
Please note that Annual Membership fees are not refundable, except where required by law in specific jurisdictions.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds may take up to 14 days to process after Amare Global receives your return.
PRODUCT CREDITS & AMARE CREDITS
These are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
